Ordering Policies

Inquiries and Placing Orders can be accomplished a variety of ways. We can be contacted by phone, email or fax. We are also available to meet with you to discuss you project. Please call ahead to schedule an appointment.

Production Time for screen-printed and embroidered items is typically 2 weeks from final art approval. Promotional items have their own production time ranging from a few days to a couple of weeks. Many items can be rush produced for an extra charge.

Payment can be made by personal or organizational check and credit/debit card (Visa, Master Card). New customers may be required to pay a 50% deposit at the time they place their order. Orders are to be paid for upon pickup or delivery. Checks should be made payable to Corporate Imprints. We will not accept multiple checks. Your organization must send one check. You will be subject to a $50 processing fee for any returned checks in addition to the balance due on the order. A finance charge of 2% (24% annum) may be assessed on all invoices exceeding 30 days from date of invoice. Virginia regulations require us to collect and remit sales tax based on the address your product(s) are being delivered to. There is no tax on orders delivered outside Virginia. If your organization is tax exempt, you will be required to supply a tax exemption form (ST-10).

Returns and Exchanges are only accepted if the item(s) ordered is defective or the wrong item(s) is received. In order to insure that quantities and sizes are accurate, all orders are examined and counted by at least two members of our production staff. Corporate Imprints is not responsible for any problems with orders that have been opened or left unattended after they are delivered. Corporate Imprints is also not responsible for any problems, including shortages, once an order is picked up and leaves the building. If a problem does arise with your order, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. Please do not send any items back to us without contacting us first.

Minimum Orders are any screen-printed or embroidery orders received with a quantity of less then 24 pieces. If you wish to place an order below minimum quantity, you may be subject to an additional charge or fee. Corporate Imprints reserves the right to accept or decline less-than-minimum orders. Promotional products have varying minimum requirements depending on the item type.

Production Under/Overruns is a standard practice in our industry on promotional/fundraising items only, not on apparel items. You may receive up to 5% more or less than the quantity your ordered and you will be billed for the exact total that you received.

Reorders are treated as new orders and will be priced accordingly. You should anticipate your group’s needs and examine the listed sizes and quantities carefully. A set-up charge will be applied for add-ons that are added after the job is printed.

Order Cancellation/Modification is not provided for orders that have already been produced and/or filled. If you cancel your individual order before production, you will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus re-stocking fees if we have already ordered products to fill your order. In addition, you will incur all art charges if artwork has been done for your order. In some instances we may be able to reduce the amount of items you have ordered without canceling your order. If that is possible, you will not be charged a cancellation fee, but you could be subject to restocking fees.

Artwork: Corporate Imprints retains all copyrights to any artwork we create. We also reserve the right to display artwork submitted by customers, or created by us, for the purposes of advertising.

Product Substitution: In the event of a product shortage from our manufacturers, Corporate Imprints reserves the right to substitute items of equal or higher quality to complete your order.

Past Due Invoices over 30 days will be subject to a 2% monthly (24% annum) finance charge.

Limit of Corporate Imprints Responsibilities: you are responsible for ordering correctly and supplying your order in a timely manner. Corporate Imprints will only be responsible for acting on the instructions that we receive. Incorrect or unclear instructions may affect the accuracy and production time of your order. We are not responsible for items that are discontinued by the manufacturer. By placing an order with Corporate Imprints, you are agreeing to terms and conditions described in this policy.
